3. Transaction Failures

In case of a technical failure during a transaction where the money is debited from your account but credits are not added to your Astro 27 wallet, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction with our payment gateway and ensure that your credits are added manually.

4. Expert Availability

If you have booked a specific service that cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you an alternative session or credit your account with equivalent value.
