Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At Astro27, we strive to provide the most personalized and accurate astrological guidance. However, due to the digital nature of our AI consultations and the immediate delivery of computational resources, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds.

2. Used Credits (Non-Refundable)

All used credits are strictly non-refundable. Once you have initiated a chat, generated a Kundli, or consumed any service that deducts credits from your balance, that transaction is considered final. Astrology is a matter of interpretation, and we cannot issue refunds because a user is dissatisfied with the nature of the prediction or guidance received.

3. Unused Credits (Refund Window)

We offer a limited refund window for completely unused credit packs. If you have purchased a credit pack and have not used a single credit from that pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original transaction date.

To request a refund for unused credits, please email our support team with your order ID and account email. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Transaction Failures & Discrepancies

In the event of a technical failure (e.g., money is debited from your bank account but credits do not reflect in your Astro27 wallet), please do not panic. Contact us immediately with the payment reference number. We will verify the transaction with our payment gateway and ensure that your credits are credited manually or a refund is initiated.

5. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (such as abusive behavior towards the AI or staff), you forfeit any remaining credit balance, and no refunds will be issued.
